Drop & Fill is a self-load option — we drop a trailer at your property, you fill it on your own schedule (up to 2 days), then we come pick it up. Great if you want to work at your own pace or do a renovation cleanout over a couple of days.

For Full Service and Same-Day jobs, we prefer someone to be present so we can confirm the price on-site before we start. For Drop & Fill, you don't need to be home when we pick up the trailer — as long as access is clear and payment is arranged. If being home is a problem, just let us know when you book and we'll work something out.

Yes. We take all appliances. Refrigerators, AC units, and dehumidifiers that contain Freon require special handling and are $75 each. Washers, dryers, and stoves are $50 each. These fees cover proper, legal disposal — everything goes to a licensed facility, never dumped illegally.
